The bank overdraft fee class action lawsuit is geared towards individuals who have been charged an overdraft fee by their bank despite their bank accounts being overdrawn.

At the moment, there is a multi-district litigation (MDL) taking place and a number of individuals have filed bank overdraft fee class action lawsuits, leading to a majority of the country’s banks being investigated.
