Defective 3M Combat Arms Earplugs were distributed by the U.S. military for many thousands of soldiers, from 2003 to 2015, resulting in partial or total loss of hearing. A design flaw, which rendered them too short to be properly inserted into the ear canal made it impossible for the earplugs to provide proper amount of protection. Ultimately, this led to significant hearing damage and loss for the unfortunate veterans who wore them.
If you were one of the veterans who utilized these earplugs and suffered hearing loss as a result, it is imperative that you get in touch with an attorney to protect your claim.
